The bill (Reg. No.7007) prohibits advertising of the medicines; sets the terms of licensing the production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade; determines the authorities of the licensing state bodies.
The bill strengthens the governmental control over the quality of produced and imported medicines in the territory of Ukraine by establishing compulsory state supervision over the quality of medicines imported in Ukraine, and compulsory supervision over the production, storage and sale conditions of medicines before issuing a license for this activity.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will strengthen the governmental control over the quality of produced and imported medicines in the territory of Ukraine.
